3. Because the Controller can process the data for the purposes stated in section 2. Above, we inform that personal data may be disclosed or transferred to third parties, such as:
a) business partners cooperating with the Controller,
b) third parties cooperating with the Controller,
c) entities to which the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data on the basis of a contract accordingly to Article 28 GDPR.
4. We inform that personal data will be processed for the period necessary to realize the purposes stated in section 2 above:
a) In terms of realization of U4U program – for a period necessary to realize the program and after on the grounds of applicable laws,
b) Personal data may be processed in purpose of sending commercial information including marketing in relation to own products and services via internet and/or telephone – until withdrawal of a consent or filing an objection,
c) Personal data may be processed in purpose of sending via internet and/or telephone commercial information including marketing in relation to products and services of business partners cooperating with the Controller – until withdrawal of a consent or filing an objection
d) Personal data may be transferred to third entities on the grounds of consent of the data subject accordingly to Article 6 section 1 letter a GDPR - until withdrawal of a consent. Data will be in particular transferred to partners of Alight operating abroad: Kuja Kuja, Talent Beyond Boundaries, Social Finance.
5. We inform that according to GDPR you have the right to: demand access to your data from the Controller, rectification of the data, erasure of the data or restriction of processing, filing an objection against processing the personal data and to data portability.
6. We inform that in the case of processing the personal data on the grounds of consent, all consents given in the section 2 above can be withdrawn in any moment without impact on lawfulness of processing conducted on the grounds of consent before its withdrawal.
7. Person whose data is being processed is entitled to file a complaint in terms of processing the data to the supervisory authority which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw) by email

8. We inform that in connection to realization of purposes listed in section 2 above, giving your personal data has a voluntary character, but giving this data is necessary for the realization of purposes listed in section 2 above, that is purposes in the area of getting the commercial information via internet or telephone from Controller and its partners.
9. We inform that you are not subject to automated individual decision-making understood as in Article 22 GDPR nor to the profiling as defined in Article 4 GDPR.
10. We inform that your data can be transferred to the territory of United states of America. In such case Controller of the data (Fundacja Alight) will ensure using technical and organizational measures in such a manner that will ensure data protection by entities operating in the United States.
